Nick did an incredible job replacing our kitchen faucet and repairing the washing machine drain line on our old home with quirky plumbing. He worked quickly, pointed out some very helpful things to keep track of in the future, and was mindful of our budget. We needed an emergency water-heater replacement, and after reading the positive reviews for Pacific Crest Plumbing, called Nick and scheduled a same-day appointment. He and his assistant were able to replace our broken water-heater that afternoon, with no up-selling, fuss or trouble. His price was fair, their work was very professional and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. After a very bad experience with a big name local plumber, it was so refreshing to meet a craftsman who cared about the quality of his workmanship. We will most certainly call Nick again.

Nick responded to our unusual situation with confidence and professionalism that other plumbers lacked. His price was better, too! He was able to tackle our job in a short time frame and got the work done very quickly. His kindness and warm sense of humor made an unfortunate situation so much easier to tolerate. Pacific Crest Plumbing has helped me out in several awful emergency situations--sewage backing up into the basement, clogged (really clogged) kitchen sink and have also installed a new toilet for me in a non-emergent situation. Each time I call, they are extremely accessible answering late night messages in a timely fashion and generally always answering the phone during normal business hours. Nick and his employees are always professional and the work performed is always well done--three years later and all is well with the toilet! Prices are always reasonable too. Nick fixed my kitchen sink today for a very reasonable price especially considering he had to work me into his busy day (sink clogged up last night). At 8 pm tonight, it was draining a bit slow so I called and left a message hoping to speak with them in the morning. Was I surprised when Nick called me right back! He stayed on the phone while we did some trouble shooting and then made a plan going forward. I was stressed about the darned sink but now will sleep comfortably knowing Pacific Crest has it under control. Pacific Crest Plumbing has always giving me sound advise when I asked for it and has never tried to sell me something I did not need. If you need a plumber in the Portland area--this is your company! You won't be disappointed.

This is the second time I've used Pacific Crest Plumbing to do work on my home built in the 1950's. My pipes started flooding my basement and with a 4 month old in the house I needed to get the job done quickly and done well. I was worried about having to wait a long time due to Covid 19, but as always, Nick was able to provide high quality work, at a great price and get here quickly (within 2 business days). He provided advice on how to stop the leakage and not cause anymore problems before he got here. I definitely plan on calling them again, when it comes time to redoing the plumbing in my home.

Fast, professional and informative! Nick is really the best. I've used him three times on my rental property as well as here in my home. He is always very quick to respond, offers very clear options, and always explains the best way to do things. He is clear, articulate, and very easy to work with.
